breakfast: toast w/ grape jelly, assorted fruits, and sausage link
lunch: pear, one scoop of vanilla ice cream
dinner: drunken noodles, bean sprouts w/ tofu, and eggrolls
no workout today, too busy with school
goal for tomorrow: eat a healthier lunch w/ meat and veggies, drink more water, do abs daily
